By booking with “On The Beach In
Maui” your agreeing to the following terms and Conditions.
A 50% deposit is required a time
of booking for reservations that are made over 30 days in advance of vacation
date, and the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to
arrival date during holiday season.The
full reservation amount will be required at time of booking for reservations
made less than 30 days in advance. For stays longer than 10 days only a 30%
deposit will be required.
Upon receipt of final payment, you
will receive an e-mail containing final instructions.
Any cancellations must be in
writing 30 days prior to arrival date, 60 days prior to arrival date during
holiday season. Initial deposit is non-refundable. If owner is able to rent the
unit on the same dates then the 50% deposit will be returned, minus a $100
clerical fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of
arrival are non-refundable.
Rates do not include state and
local taxes, which total 11.42%
Any questions regarding the terms
and conditions should be directed to the owner prior to completion of the
booking process.
Check In: 4:00pm on day of
arrival
Check Out: 11:00am on day of
Departure
Early arrival and late departure
cannot be allowed
7-day minimum stay required for
Holidays booked 60 days in advance.
Maximum Occupancy - 4 people
Pets are not allowed under any
circumstance.
Smoking is not permitted.
Illegal drugs and firearms will
not be allowed on property
Owner is not responsible for loss
or damage to renter's personal effects while in occupancy
Renter and their party will adhere
to House Rules that will be provided by owner upon arrival.
